DESCRIPTION
The Associate of Arts in Intercultural Studies degree is a two year program intended to provide graduates with a sound understanding of the Bible, its interpretation and the essentials of a cross-cultural ministry.
Emmaus Global Campus courses are 100% online courses. Courses are offered each 8-week term. Individuals taking two courses each term can finish this program in about two years.
PROGRAM
LEARNING OUTCOMES
In addition to foundational knowledge of the Bible and theology, the student will be equipped in:
- Knowledge of Missions: Students will knowledge of the history of Christian missions, articulate a biblical philosophy of the mission of the gospel and demonstrate competence in sharing their faith.
- Cross-cultural Communication: Students will demonstrate knowledge of issues of differences in culture and religion and communicating one’s message with those of a different background.
